ISLAMABAD – Former Pakistani skipper, Misbah Ul Haq, has clarified his political inclination ahead of the upcoming elections, rubbishing the rumours swirling around.
In a Twitter message, the athlete negated media reports that he was backing Pakistan Peoples Party candidate for NA-131 constituency of Lahore.

‘[The] TV channel should be ashamed of spreading rumours like that,’ said the 44-year-old Cricketing legend.
He also quipped that the media outlet was ‘trying to get a legal notice’.
Let it be known that the heavyweight candidates for the cut-throat battle of NA-131 are PTI chief, Imran Khan and firebrand leader of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz, Khawaja Saad Rafique, among others.
