DUBAI – A Pakistani man has become the fourth lucky winner of the Dubai Duty-Free Millennium Millionaire draw since the start of this year.

Imran Ishaq, a 48-year-old from Lahore, won the $1 million (Dh3.6 million) jackpot on Tuesday.
“I will buy more properties and probably invest in a car business in Muscat,” the overjoyed Ishaq told Khaleej Times.
Last month, a Pakistani businessman, Numan Arif, who hails from Peshawar, went home with $1 million after his ticket number 0241 in Series 281 was picked in the Dubai Duty-Free Millennium Millionaire draw.
Also this year, another two Pakistanis – Muhammad Akbar Khan and Lamia Mustafa – were among the lucky winners of January and May respectively.
Founded in 1983, Dubai Duty-Free has grown into one of the biggest travel retail operator in the world.
